Andy Cohen's Botox-And-Diet Story Isn't Fooling Anyone

On his Sirius XM radio show this past Monday, Andy Cohen admitted to getting a new set of teeth (four minor veneers to be exact) along with botox after his refreshed New Year's Eve appearance sparked plastic surgery rumors.
Andy Cohen says it was just a little Botox, 20 pounds lost, and good makeup.
But behind the scenes? No one I’m talking to believes that for a second.
After Andy debuted what insiders are calling his “Mar-a-Lago face” during CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast, jaws dropped across the TV industry. This wasn’t a subtle refresh. This was a full-blown, Kris Jenner–level transformation.
“Weight loss doesn’t erase pores, lift brows, and smooth a face like that,” a longtime TV producer tells me. “That’s not a diet — that’s dermatology with a capital D.”
Sources say Andy is deeply obsessed with staying young — ironic, considering he’s built an empire interrogating Real Housewives about every nip, tuck, and syringe. Yet when it comes to his own face? Suddenly, he’s vague, breezy, and defensive.
“Andy has zero problem asking women on TV what they’ve had done,” a Bravo insider notes. “But when the spotlight flips on him, it’s ‘just a little Botox.’ Please.”
The timing raised eyebrows too. The glow-up arrived just as Andy continues to orbit elite political and media circles, prompting more than a few snickers about his new, ultra-polished look.
“It’s very Palm Beach facelift energy,” one source jokes. “Tight, shiny, expensive — and definitely not accidental.”
To be clear: no one begrudges Andy wanting to look good. This is television. Youth sells. But the double standard is what’s rubbing people the wrong way.
“If Andy wants transparency from Housewives, he should start with himself,” a network veteran tells me. “Because this isn’t just Botox — and everyone knows it.”
