The 30,000-square-foot Malibu property was designed by Japanese master architect Tadao Ando, who also created Kanye West’s $57.3 million mansion he acquired during his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

The all-concrete home was previously owned by art collector William Bell and took him 15 years to build, per the outlet.

The “Crazy In Love” collaborators reportedly got a great deal on the structure, as it was actually listed for $295 million.

This investment reportedly is also the second most expensive real estate contract in the country, as a New York City apartment was previously sold for $238 million.

Fans on social media had mixed reactions to the Carters’ new purchase, Several people thought the buy was “excessive” and some called Beyoncé, 41, and Jay-Z, 53, “capitalists.”

“No person in a normal society should have so much wealth,” tweeted one person.

“Who tf buys a house that costs this much bro that’s so useless you could buy SO much land to save the earth but you rather spend it on a f–king house…,” wrote another.

Other fans, however, defended the musicians’ massive purchase.

“some of y’all are mad that they’re spending THEIR money the way that THEY want to??? stop worrying ab celebs money and go get a job of ur own. it’s clear y’all are insanely jobless,” wrote a supporter of the couple.

“Beyoncé now literally owns a house in the shape of her favorite number & the most expensive house ever sold. ICONIC ,” commented another fan.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé have a vast real estate portfolio.

In 2017, the couple — who tied the knot in 2008 and share three children — bought a home in Bel-Air for $88 million, according to TMZ.

That same year, the “Upgrade U” musicians dropped $26 million on 12,000-square-foot a mansion in the Hamptons.

Reps for the singers did not immediately return our request for comment.

I don't understand why people are so concerned with how Jay and Bey spend their hard-earned coin. Quiet as it's kept they have to buy all these homes because they can't be out in these streets like regular people.

So I'm sure the mansion has all the things the family will need so that they will never have to leave their home.
