Christina Aguilera Announces New EP La Luz, Performs La Reina At Latin Billboard Awards

After the success of her previous EPs, which would later become her second Spanish-language album entitled Aguilera, the pop legend is continuing to explore her Latin roots through music.

After receiving seven Grammy nominations for Aguilera, the 41-year-old singer announced on social media that she's planning to release a new EP entitled La Luz real soon.

Last night at the Latin Billboard Awards, Christina was honored with the Spirit of Hope award for her humanitarian work, and also performed La Reina.

The Latin Grammys is set to air on November 17.

Personally speaking I hope she continues to just release Spanish-language music, because it was the most exciting body of work I've heard from her in a while.
