Robert Kelker-Kelly, best remembered for playing Bo Brady on Days of Our Lives, has died. He was 62.

Robert Kelker-Kelly was in cardiac arrest when first responders attempted to save his life.

Kyle Gaines, the Division Chief and Public Information Officer for the St. Charles County Ambulance District (SSCAD) told Page Six, “First responders and paramedics responded to a call … for an adult male patient for a cardiac arrest.

“They were dispatched where paramedics and first responders provided advanced life saving protocol techniques. Unfortunately the patient was pronounced deceased on scene,” Gaines said.

The “Days of Our Lives” star was unconscious and not breathing when officers arrived to his home in Missouri Saturday at around 8:16 p.m., the St. Peters Police Department told TMZ Monday.

While officers and paramedics attempted life-saving measures on Kelker-Kelly and CPR was in progress when they arrived, they were unsuccessful.

Law enforcement noted that there was nothing suspicious at the scene.

An official cause of death has yet to be released.

Kelker-Kelly was 62 years old.

The late actor was best known for playing the character Bo Brady on “Days of Our Lives,” taking over the role from actor Peter Reckell. He starred on the long-running soap from 1992 to 1995, appearing in nearly 600 episodes.

He also starred on the soap “Another World” prior to “Days of Our Lives, ” then had a role in “General Hospital in the 2000s.

In September 2013, he reflected on the brutal filming schedule for “Days of “Our Lives.”

“I was working, on average, 90 hours a week,” he told We Love Soaps. “They were shooting one to two shows a day so we would be doing 120 pages of dialogue and that went on for a long time.”

“But it was exhausting. They worked us to death,” he continued. “At the time, because my shirt was off all the f—king time, I would get up at three o’clock in the morning, go to the gym from four to six, and then be at the studio from six to eight (or nine) at night… and then go to sleep and do it all over again.”

In February, his “Days of Our Lives” co-star Lisa Rinna — who played Billie Reed, his character’s love interest — shared her negative experience working with him, calling him “the biggest bully in Hollywood.”

“I’d go so far as to say verbally abusive,” she alleged in her memoir, “You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It.” “He was passive aggressive, manipulative and played weird mind games.”

“I had to work with him every day, often half-naked to do love scenes,” she continued. “If I didn’t do what he wanted, he’d give me the silent treatment.”

Kelker-Kelly never publicly responded to Rinna’s allegations.
