Jake Paul, Who Has a House in Puerto Rico, Calls Bad Bunny a ‘Fake American’ in Racist Halftime Show Rant

Even though no one asked his opinion, influencer and "professional boxer" Jake Paul, who recently got his butt handed to him a few weeks ago in the ring felt the need to go on social media (Twitter to be exact) and announce that he will not be supporting Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show.

“Purposefully turning off the halftime show,” Paul wrote. “Let’s rally together and show big corporations they can’t just do whatever they want without consequences (which equals viewership for them). You are their benefit. Realize you have power. Turn off this halftime. A fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America. I cannot support that.”

Paul and his brother, Logan, moved to Puerto Rico in 2021, primarily to leverage tax benefits, as announced by Logan in an interview with Graham Bensinger.

Logan Paul previously criticized Bad Bunny on the “Philip DeFranco Show” in 2022, saying, “I do find it hypocritical because Bad Bunny is a Puerto Rican, living in Puerto Rico, who is privately taking advantage of the same tax program that he is publicly condemning”.

The comment followed the release of Bad Bunny’s “El Apagón – Aquí Vive Gente” documentary, which highlighted the gentrification and displacement of local Puerto Ricans caused by wealthy outsiders moving to the island under tax incentive programs.

Jake Paul recently took to X to state that people who criticize Immigration and Customs Enforcement should not rely on emergency services. “If you don’t like ICE then you can’t call 911 when you’re in trouble,” Paul wrote. “If you don’t respect law enforcement agents then you shouldn’t depend on them.”

He later directed a post at Billie Eilish, after she publicly condemned ICE at the 2026 Grammy Awards, referring to her as “Billie Eyelash.” Paul wrote, “When Billie Eyelash gets her home broken into it’s not gonna be f-ck ICE I can promise you that.”

Clearly that CTE has affected his brain, because if someone breaks into your home ICE won't be the ones investigating the robbery. Their job is to conduct investigations into undocumented immigration. But under this current administration they are being used as Trump's personal gestapo.

They're not only rounding up undocumented immigrants, they're grabbing everyone and shipping them off to god knows where without due process.
