Kim Zolciak’s New Boyfriend’s Ex-Wife Claims He’s ‘Out of Control’ Spending on Former RHOA Star

The estranged wife of Kim Zolciak’s new boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, claims Kyle is spending lavishly on Kim & her family, including paying legal fees in Kim’s divorce from Kroy and large payments on Kim’s rent.

Kyle Mowitz is apparently spending an “out of control” amount of cash on his newest leading lady, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak. While Kim likely loves this, Jillian Green, his estranged wife, does not. Therefore, Jillian is seeking a court injunction to temper Kyle’s spending habits.

Kyle filed for divorce from Jillian in March 2025. He and Kim started dating several months later. Like Kyle, Kim is also wading through a contentious divorce from her estranged ex, Kroy Biermann. So, she and Kyle have something in common.

Their financial positions, however, are vastly different. Kim owes the IRS a substantial amount of cash. As does Kroy. Meanwhile, Kyle is a wealthy businessman with a reported multibillion-dollar portfolio.

But according to TMZ, Kyle is spending his fortune on Kim and her family. Jillian believes that his spending is “out of control.” As she recently noted in a new filing, “there is every reason to believe the millions of dollars” from his business “will disappear quickly” before their divorce finalizes. As a result, Jillian is seeking an intervention from the court to block his spending habits.

Kyle has spent money on trips, wine, an expensive car, and even Kim’s legal fees and her rent, Jillian claimed. And moving forward, she believes that Kyle will spend even more on his RHOA love, whom Jillian referred to as his “potential future wife.” So, as Jillian filed, Kyle needs to place some of his money in an escrow account, since she is still owed what she’s entitled to in their divorce.
