Kim Zolciak appears to be rolling the dice on love again, but it has its complications.

Kim Zolciak was seen with her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, after getting dragged into his $100 million divorce.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was photographed at Mowitz’s house in Georgia on Saturday morning after an apparent sleepover.

She sported a black crop top, matching sweatpants and comfy shoes in pictures obtained by Page Six.

The usually glam former reality star, 47, had her hair in a messy updo and completed her look with eyeglasses.

Mowitz was with her, wearing a gray T-shirt, navy blue shorts and a trucker hat. He helped her pack up her car.

According to TMZ, the two have been dating since the spring. He’s reportedly even met some of her six kids.

Much like Zolciak, who is estranged from Kroy Biermann, Mowitz is going through his own messy divorce.

In fact, Zolciak was served with a subpoena by her new man’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, in late September, Us Weekly reported.

After Mowitz filed for divorce from Green in March, Zolciak was asked to submit “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to [her] financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on [her] behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to [her] and monies paid to [her] by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”

The subpoena also demanded Zolciak turn over documents regarding travel with Mowitz as well as all communications, including those that may involve Biermann.

According to TMZ, Green claimed Biermann warned her that Zolciak — whom he has accused of having a gambling addiction — would “drain” Mowitz financially.

Zolciak opposed Green’s request to appear for a deposition, calling it “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”

Mowitz’s lawyer added in a statement to Us Weekly, “Ms. [Green’s] decision to involve [Zolciak] in the divorce case is highly unnecessary, as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”

In court docs, Green referred to Mowitz’s “substantial wealth” and claimed he created and controlled a family trust that had over $100 million invested in it. However, she claimed his income was a “mystery.”

Mowitz insisted in his filing that Green did not need any spousal support since she was an “able-bodied adult capable of gainful employment.”

The former couple, who married in June 2017 and share two kids, have accused each other of engaging in extramarital affairs.

Zolciak’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Following a brief fling with Chet Hanks, Mowitz is Zolciak’s first serious relationship since her contentious split from Biermann.

In March, she accused the former NFL star, 40, of stealing her jewelry and failing to pay any of their family’s bills “in years.”

“First of all, I love when people tell me I spent all of Kroy’s money,” she told Kristin Cavallari during the latter’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast tour. “I’ve made way more [money] than Kroy.”

She continued, “I’ve worked my ass off to provide for my family and my children. This man has not paid a bill in this house in years. Even with a job, he hasn’t paid a bill in this house in years. Not clothes for my children, not extracurricular, nothing.”

Zolciak and Biermann — who filed for divorce in 2023 after nearly 11 years of marriage — share four children. He also adopted her two eldest daughters.
