Lil Nas X is now facing years in prison ... because the L.A. County District Attorney has charged him with 4 felonies ... including battery with injury on a police officer.

The 26-year-old “Old Town Road” rapper was discovered walking down Ventura Blvd in Studio City in the early hours of Thursday (August 21) wearing just his underwear and a pair of cowboy boots.
Authorities were called and Lil Nas X was brought to the hospital for treatment because of a suspected overdose. He allegedly charged at officers when they arrived and he was arrested for battery on a police officer.
On Monday morning (August 25), the L.A. County District Attorney Lil Nas X was charged with four felonies, including battery with injury on a police officer, according to TMZ.
Lil Nas X presumably injured at least three police officers, that’s what he received three felony charges. He was also received a felony charge for resisting an executive officer.
He could face up to years in prison.
The Grammy-winning rapper was held without bail in jail over the weekend until he could appear before the judge, which happened on Monday morning. He’s set to be arraigned later in the afternoon, which is when his bail amount will be set.
Before the arrest, Lil Nas X recently opened up about going through a “difficult” time.
