It looks like Nene Leakes is the latest person to jump into the media personality space, because she just hard launched her very own talk show.
The project, fittingly titled The NeNe Leakes Show will be a weekly talk show airing on her very own YouTube channel where she’ll discuss the latest hot topics, relationships, and whatever else is on her mind.
NeNe took to YouTube on March 12 with a teaser giving fans a taste of what’s to come.
Here's what she shared about the show: “Oh my God, OK! So many of you guys have been saying to me for so long, ‘NeNe, do your own show.'”
And now she’s doing just that.
The actress and TV personality continued, “We want to hear what you gotta say, so here I am, ready to give you all that I got. I love you guys, and I love you guys for loving me right back.”
The premiere episode, which dropped on March 13, features TV producer Carlos King and personality Michelle “ATLien” Brown. And while NeNe isn’t spilling all the tea yet, she’s definitely hinting at a few piping-hot topics.
This isn't Nene's first time at the talk show rodeo. This isn’t NeNe’s first talk show rodeo. Back in 2014, she launched an online series called Fab Gab, hosted on her website and YouTube.
The show featured A-list talent such as Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O’Donnell and Michael Strahan. She was also in talks to have a talk show on a network produced by Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter, but then we remember the disaster that happened with that series.
Then she tried launching a panel show with a bunch of homoseggshuhs, but the pilot was such a mess Funky Dineva ended up mocking their intro on the now-defunct panel talk show Tea-G-I-F.
Let's hope this series can last longer than her previous shows.
