Court documents filed earlier this month and obtained by the DailyMail UK on Sunday drop bombshells about the accusations against Michael Jackson by the five Cascio siblings.
The filing is in opposition to the Michael Jackson Estate’s attempts to force the five into arbitration citing an earlier NDA signed in 2020 that stated they would never speak about their experiences with Michael Jackson.
Payments were shelled out to the five over a period of five years, the NDA was hidden under a “life rights agreement”
Within the documents obtained by the Daily Mail — are accusations of grooming, sexually abusing and brainwashing all of the children.
Jackson met Frank and Eddie Cascio when they were really little, Only four and three years of age, he became a part of their family to the point where they all thought of him as just another relative and was a constant fixture in their lives. He hired Frank as his assistant at eighteen years old.
According to the documents, each of the five siblings believed that they were the only one who had this “close relationship” with Michael, they did not have any inkling their siblings were also being abused by Jackson.
In 2019 the Cascio siblings saw Leaving Neverland which led to the traumatic realization that each of them were abused as children into adulthood by their famous family friend.
Many of those doubting the allegations on social media are bringing up Frank’s novel “My Friend Michael” and his insistence that Michael was innocent in 2003–2005, Frank Cascio even tweeted against Wade Robson prior to viewing the harrowing documentary himself. Cascio terminated all of his social media accounts shortly after Leaving Neverland was released.
In transcripts for the 2005 Gavin Arvizo trial, Gavin and his brother confirm that Michael would say horrible things to her such as “You are so fine, I want to f — — you in the back”

Frank and Eddie were tour companions for Jackson on the Dangerous tour after the allegations from Jordan Chandler in 1993 of molestation.
‘This emotional manipulation was designed to secure each family member’s loyalty and ensure their silence, making them feel indebted to Michael and isolated from any source of protection or perspective.
‘Through years of psychological conditioning, Michael cultivated dependence and fear in the Cascios, making respondents believe they had no choice but to comply and no safe way to break free.‘
The effects of this conditioning persisted into adulthood, leaving respondents with a deeply ingrained belief that speaking out would constitute betrayal — a dynamic the estate has continued to exploit in its dealings with them.’

The documents go on to detail that the Jackson Estate took advantage of the traumatized individuals and their shock of finding out all of their siblings were abused to coerce them into an agreement that Frank Cascio’s legal team says is unlawful.
According the documents, the Estate dissuaded the siblings from getting their own legal council, and did not give them a copy of the original agreement.
Frank and the Eddie met Jackson’s first public accuser Jordan Chandler before the 1993 allegations became public, the siblings were also present during the Arvizo’s visit to Neverland.
Frank Cascio points out in his 2011 novel that Michael introduced Jordan as a “cousin” he also introduced another one of his traveling companions in 1996 as his “son”, a lie that Cascio thought was ridiculous even at the age of fifteen.
A friend of Frank Cascio, Vincent Amen, has stated previously on X (Formerly twitter) that Michael Jackson got Frank Cascio drunk as a teen, showing proof in the form of a polaroid photo that Amen sent to the FBI.

Amen was recently a guest on Ed Opperman’s podcast where he spoke candidly about some of the information he’s gleaned over the years.
He alluded to Frank’s behavior changing when he was in his teens due to his association with Michael, he would do odd things such as dress differently and stay up meditating all night because of Jackson.
He also states that Frank was told by Michael that “Education was not important” and even that Michael was teaching Frank some incredibly troubling and problematic things such as praising Hitler.
Frank was mentioned in two separate tabloid articles in the spring — alleging gambling debt and paying for “lavish dates” with Instagram model, a move that many believe was part of smear tactics to discredit him and make him look money hungry.
In the early 2000s Michael replaced Frank and his younger brother Eddie as traveling companions with their youngest brother and sister.
In 2004 Frank Cascio was on various news programs speaking about his friend Michael, stating Michael was innocent, including a very unconvincing interview with Cynthia McFadden where she points out that there is a pattern among the young boys that Michael hung out with.
When asked about this settlement in 2024, John Branca speaking to Stacey Brown made it seem as though the Estate and their legal team were strong-armed into an agreement, that the Cascio’s came to them with extreme demands, but the documents from this weekend paint a completely different picture, that the Cascio siblings were being taken advantage of and that the agreement was signed under emotional duress by the siblings.
The Jackson Estate is also in a legal battle with Paris Jackson, Michael’s daughter, regarding their extravagant payouts to their lawyers. and they are also attempting to subpoena the 84 year old mother of a woman who accused Jackson of child abuse previously.
