Porsha Williams Demands Ex Simon Guobadia Pay Her Legal Fees In Erectile Dysfunction Battle

The legal conflict between Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams and her ex-husband Simon Guobadia continues to escalate, with Williams challenging what she calls his misleading actions in court.

It’s hard to believe, but Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is still caught up in a court battle with her ex-husband, Simon Guobadia. The exes settled their divorce last summer, but there’s a lingering defamation case linked back to a 2024 Instagram post about erectile dysfunction.

Fighting in court over a nearly two-year-old Instagram post about erectile dysfunction is a new level of bizarre, but Simon is the one who took it there. In 2024, he sued her and claimed he missed out on business and experienced emotional distress because of the posts. He wanted her to pay $500,000, but now, the case has taken another unexpected turn.

Porsha Williams has accused Simon Guobadia of “deceptive practices”

Of course, Porsha and her lawyers denied any wrongdoing in this defamation suit. They asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed. Once Simon’s immigration troubles started heating up, he filed a motion to dismiss the case as well. Here’s where things get interesting.

In court documents reviewed by TMZ, Porsha appears to be keeping the lawsuit going. She agrees that the case should be thrown out. However, she wants him to pay her legal fees before all is said and done. She accused him of dragging out the case and failing to turn over the information.

Porsha’s filing specifically calls out Simon’s shaky immigration history. She said he used “deceptive practices to fraudulently enter the United States.” That includes “lying about his identity” and “failing to disclose three previous convictions in order to sneak back in” to America.

A court hasn’t ruled on this, but in the meantime, Simon dropped a statement dragging Porsha’s latest motion. He thinks she’s deflecting. We think they both should move on with their lives.

“My ex-wife’s motion is a deflection,” Simon told the outlet. “She entered a marriage of 14 months and has now spent 23 months litigating my hard-earned wealth. The pattern speaks for itself.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns to Bravo on Sunday, April 5, at 8/7c. You can always stream it on Peacock.
