In court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, a man under the name John Doe alleges he was a working child actor when he was invited to a Hollywood Hills networking event in 2007.
He claims the rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, asked him to talk in private about career opportunities.
Per the documents, the man claims Diddy began 'rubbing on parts of his body' before allegedly performing oral sex on the man while 'pleasuring' himself.
The man claims he told Diddy he felt uncomfortable before the oral sex.
Per the suit, the man claims Diddy told him after the alleged sex act that he would 'keep him in mind for possible opportunities' before leaving the room and the man by himself.

The claimant says he left the party shortly after the alleged encounter.
Diddy's representative, Juda Engelmayer, told the Daily Mail: 'The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He's just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers.
'Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone - and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.'
It comes as Diddy could potentially face new sexual battery charges in California.
On June 1, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to the Daily Mail that Diddy was facing a new criminal probe, even as he tries to get his federal conviction overturned.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) presented separate presentations on their investigations into a single alleged victim's claims to the District Attorney's Office, according to a DA representative, Venusse D Dunn.
The case is under review, the spokesman added.
The alleged victim is the celebrity publicist Jonathan Hay, who also filed a lawsuit against Diddy in July last year.
In his civil complaint, which has been obtained by the Daily Mail, he alleges that the rapper sexually battered him.

Diddy has previously denied all allegations leveled against him.
In a statement to the Daily Mail on June 1, Hay called himself a 'survivor' of Diddy and said that 'having my painful experiences heard and validated by the LAPD and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is an undeniable turning point.
'This progress marks a significant victory in my fight for total accountability,' he continued. 'I am certain that justice will be achieved and that full responsibility will be enforced.'
In 2025, Hay filed a police report alleging that he had been sexually battered by the rapper in 2020, followed by a second incident in 2021.
The report was initially filed in Largo, Florida, before being transferred to Los Angeles, where the alleged incidents occurred.
According to Hay's lawsuit, he was working on a remix project involving music from the late rapper Christopher Wallace, known as The Notorious BIG, alongside Wallace's son, CJ Wallace.
Hay alleges that during a September 2020 studio session, Combs criticized the project before later taking him to a Los Angeles warehouse where memorabilia belonging to Wallace was stored.
Hay claims Combs then engaged in sexual misconduct involving one of Wallace's shirts.

The lawsuit further alleges that Combs sexually assaulted Hay during a second encounter in March 2021. Hay said the alleged incidents left him feeling suicidal.
CJ Wallace was also named as a defendant in the lawsuit for allegedly helping facilitate Combs's access to Hay.
Wallace has denied the allegations and filed a defamation lawsuit against Hay, accusing him of making false claims. Hay has denied those allegations.
According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, investigators presented their findings to prosecutors last fall, and the case remains under review.
Diddy was convicted in federal court on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution last July.
However, the jury found him not guilty of the most severe charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
Last October, the music executive was sentenced to four years in prison – minus a year he had already spent in jail – and five years of supervised release to follow.
Combs is expected to be released in late February 2028.

In November, CNN obtained emails showing that Hay had contacted a civil attorney in March 2023 to consider pursuing his claims against Diddy, which preceded a lawsuit brought against the rapper by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, which he ultimately settled just a day after she filed it.
Hay told CNN that he was 'terrified' to take his claims against Diddy public, but in the wake of lawsuits from Ventura and multiple other women, he filed his civil lawsuit in July last year, shortly after Diddy's conviction.
He told the news outlet that he hoped to see Diddy go straight back to prison over his criminal allegations once he is released from federal prison.
'I’m hoping that when [Diddy] gets out of jail that he is taken straight to jail in California, or to go through the court proceedings in California, and that he spends the rest of his life in jail,' Hay said.
