Todrick Hall's Sherman Oaks Mansion On The Market for $8.5M

Word on the street is that reality star and performer Todrick Hall's Big Brother halfway house is on the market for almost $9 million.

The singer, actor, and choreographer has listed his fabulous Sherman Oaks, CA, mansion for $8.5 million.

Not quite ready to buy? Well then, you can rent Hall’s heavenly abode for $32,000 a month.

With five bedrooms and 8,000 square feet, the contemporary mansion has amazing views of the mountains in the San Fernando Valley and the glittering lights of Los Angeles.

There's a home bar and dining room, plus a den and fireplace. Kitchen amenities include stainless steel appliances, an espresso machine, a double oven, and a pantry with a prep sink.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a luxurious escape with a fireplace, seating area, wet bar, and a balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and yard. Two toilets, custom tile work, and a deluxe soaking tub outfit the main bathroom.

On the lower level, there’s another full kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, bedrooms, and a home theater with plush seating. Outside, there’s bar seating, a large patio, fire pit, and grill station. The custom pool boasts an unreal design of glass panels, waterfalls, and a spa. Need to rinse off after lap swimming? Go ahead and hit the pool shower.

Fraudrick putting the Sherman Oaks home on the market shouldn't come as a surprise, especially since there have been many reports regarding him not paying his bills.

In 2022 he was sued by his landlords Avi and Orna Lavian for $100k in back rent, and has been blasted on social media for not paying his dancers, as well as his former employees.

He was also accused of not paying a $126k furniture bill five months after being sued for not paying his rent. He also recently settled a lawsuit with his ex-assistant who accused the Broadway star of inappropriate behavior.

According to his former assistant Tommy Italiano's TikTok, Todrick allegedly paid seat fillers to attend his Vegas show due to low sales.
