The exes reached an agreement settling all issues, including custody of their five children — Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8 — Us Weekly confirmed Tuesday.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, 52, reportedly filed court docs Monday revealing she and McDermott, 58, came to an agreement about support and the division of their assets.
Spelling has not yet filed the deal in court, the outlet noted.
A rep for Spelling and McDermott did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The former couple, who wed in May 2006, sparked rumors that there was trouble in paradise when Spelling was spotted without her wedding ring in March 2021.
That same year, Spelling admitted that she and McDermott slept in separate rooms.

However, they squashed the gossip by putting on a united front during a family outing that October.
Nearly two years later, McDermott announced that he and Spelling were getting a divorce after 17 years of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” McDermott wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post in June 2023.
“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time,” he added.

McDermott later admitted that he had shared the announcement in the midst of a bender and has since sought treatment for an alcohol and pill addiction.
Spelling officially filed to divorce the former “Chopped Canada” host in March 2024.
The actress cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of their breakup and requested joint legal custody of their kids.
Throughout their contentious divorce, Spelling and McDermott’s financial woes were publicized, including the duo’s $400,000 debt for a decade-old bank loan.
Spelling even shared on her podcast that she would have to turn to OnlyFans to be able to afford sending all of her children to college.
McDermott has moved on with girlfriend Lily Calo, while Spelling found love again with Neuron Syndicate CEO Ryan Cramer.
