Shortly after news broke that Wendy Williams was immediately cut off from her $10M annual salary after she stopped showing up to work in 2021, Kelvin Hunter, Wendy's no-good cheating ex-husband is claiming that he cannot pay his bills, and faces possible foreclosure on his home after Wendy put the chop on the alimony payments.
The Sun obtained the explosive documents filed by Hunter where he's claiming he has not received the monthly payments per their agreement in the divorce settlement.
He alleges that the payments suddenly stopped in February of 2022. In the filings, Kelvin says he solely depends on the payments agreed to in the marriage settlement.
"I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I'm behind on that bill.
"If the homeowners association fees are not paid foreclosure will soon follow," Kevin said in his pleading to the court about the home he shares with his mistress and their love child.
"My car insurance hasn't been paid as a result of not receiving monthly severance payments. I'm behind on credit card payments because I have no money since the severance payments were suspended," Kevin continued in his filing.
"My life has been greatly affected since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement," Wendy's ex-husband added.

Wendy's attorney is pushing back on his claims, stating that Williams, 58 has not had a steady source of income from The Wendy Williams Show since she stopped showing up for work on October, 2021 just one month into what would turn into an entire season of the show going on with a rotating roster of celebrity guest hosts.
"On October 15, of 2021 plaintiff was informed by Talk WW that her contract was being suspended and that no compensation shall accrue or be payable to plaintiff for the duration of plaintiff's disability and incapacity," Wendy's attorney wrote.
The former daytime talk show host's attorney also went on to cite the divorce Settlement Agreement she and Hunter signed in January 2020.
"If, for any reason, [Plaintiffs] contract with Talk WW is not renewed and/or is otherwise suspended, canceled or terminated and [Plaintiff] does not have any other television show being aired and paying her an equivalent salary, [Defendant] understands and agrees that all Severance Payment shall be subject to either termination or modification," Wendy's attorney said in citing the exes' agreement.
Wendy's attorney continued that her client has not received a salary from Talk WW since October of 2021 and that "she presently has no other television show being aired and paying her any income, let alone an equivalent salary."
Hours after news broke that Kelvin Hunter had filed legal documents for his ex-wife to resume sending him his monthly alimony payments, he has received major backlash on social media.

Of course since Kelvin has nothing but time on his hands, since as quiet as it's kept he hasn't managed an artist since his ex-wife fired him as her manager, Hunter took to Instagram to clap back at his naysayers.
Here's what he said:
“The fact is I’m not being silent anymore. This has nothing to do with Wendy but has everything to do with the people trying to steal Hard earned money that I have worked for and help build.”
He added,
“I didn’t forfeit as much as I did for my son to go through this…miss me with the double standard sh*t as well.”
I'm sorry Kelvin, but it might be time for you to get up off your ass and get a job. Either that or Sharina needs to contribute something, because the days of you mooching off your ex-wife is over.
