Angelica Ross Signs With Amplified

Congrats to Angelica Ross, best known for her iconic roles on Ryan Murphy shows American Horror Story and Pose is now under new management.

Ross is best known for her role as Candy Ferocity in Pose, a ballroom performer whose story showed the dangers of DIY body modification and sex work. In American Horror Story she portrayed the no-nonsense Nurse Rita and The Chemist in multiple episodes from 2019-2021. Ross also recurred as Relevance on TNT’s Claws.

Ross made her Broadway debut as the first trans woman to play ‘Roxy Hart’ in Chicago on Broadway.

An accomplished writer and producer, Ross is a leading trans activist and founder of the nonprofit Trans Tech Social Enterprises. She was awarded the visibility award from the Human Rights Campaign and will be awarded this year’s Icon Award from the Out on Film organization.

Ross also hosts the podcast NOW which can be found on all podcast platforms.
