JENNIFER LOPEZ TEASES NEW MUSIC WITH RYAN TEDDER
It’s been six years since we’ve gotten a full-length album from Jennifer Lopez, but according to an Instagram post three days ago, we may finally be getting some new music.
Like most performers, JLo used her downtime to record new music, and instead of giving us that ling-awaited sophomore Spanish-language album, she’s summoned Ryan Tedder to help cook up some future hits.
As the lead singer-songwriter of OneRepublic, Tedder has also penned memorable hits for some of your pop faves, such as Beyonce, Adele, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift. So it makes sense that JLo would look to Tedder to add some flavor to her long discography.

No word on if she’s gearing up to release album #9, or another collection of singles she plans to throw up against the wall to see what sticks.
I just wish we were getting a Spanish-language album produced by Luny Tunes, Major Lazer, Yampi (Ozuna, Anuel) or Sky Rompiendo (J Balvin). Or better yet, since she’s an amazing stage performer, I would love to see her release a legitimate house/dance-pop record.
Also say what you want about her vocals, but for the past decade she’s been putting in the effort to work on her singing. I believe Marc Anthony may have had something to do with JLo taking singing and performing more seriously.
