According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Thursday, June 5, the streamer's request to restrict the Little Mermaid star from leaving the country with their 17-month-old son Halo has been denied. He had also filed a temporary restraining order against Bailey, which was also denied.
After DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., filed the emergency order on Wednesday, June 4, Bailey filed a request to deny his motion and grant her request to take their son to Italy on vacation.
Representatives for Bailey and DDG did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

On June 4, DDG filed a motion to request an emergency hearing and asked the court to restrict Bailey from traveling internationally with their son, Halo, specifically on vacation to Italy.
DDG also requested a domestic violence restraining order, alleging that Bailey posed an "imminent emotional and psychological risk to the minor child based on repeated, documented threats of self-harm." He claimed that if Halo were to leave the country, the toddler would be without the protections of the Court and any "emergency intervention mechanisms."
In May, Bailey was granted temporary physical and legal custody of the former couple's son, Halo, after she alleged the rapper abused her physically and emotionally.
The temporary restraining order, which ordered the Twitch streamer to remain over 100 yards away from Bailey and Halo at all times, expired on the court hearing, scheduled for June 4, 2025.
Bailey also asked the judge to order her ex-boyfriend not be allowed visitation with his son. However, she requested that DDG be given supervised visits with a professional company once a week for six hours while Halo is in Los Angeles.
Additionally, Bailey asked the court to prevent DDG from taking their son outside of the county of Los Angeles.
The former couple ultimately split in 2024 after beginning their relationship in 2022.

In her response to the motion, Bailey accused DDG, given name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., of exaggerating, lying, and misconstruing the nature of their relationship, her approach to parenting, and her mental health.
Bailey specifically highlighted an altercation between DuB and a man at Dream Con, during which the user referred to DDG as "Doo Doo Garbage," as a reason for why the motion should be denied.
"On Saturday, May 31, 2025, Darryl and his brother were recorded on TikTok being involved in a fist fight with another man," the declaration reads. "I will bring this video to Court. Darryl and the people around him are aggressive and angry, which leads me to believe this is not a safe environment for Halo."
In the declaration, Bailey also highlighted that DDG plans to stream 24/7 from Houston, Hawaii, Atlanta, and Paris throughout June.
"When he has had custody in the past, he has left Halo with his mother," she added. Bailey also noted that she's contractually obligated to shoot a movie in Italy later this month until early August, an arrangement that DDG has known about "for months."
"Darryl has not contributed any regular support since Halo was born," she claimed. "I cannot leave Halo with Darryl, as Darryl will be out of town a majority of those months. Halo is also a protected person by the Court's Temporary Restraining Order."
In the video of the Dream Con altercation, DDG, DuB, and their entourage were walking through the convention hall when someone referred to DDG as "Doo Doo Garbage," a reference to a similar incident that happened during Kai Cenat's Streamer University event. DuB and his cameraman appeared to take some swings at the person in response.
DDG later addressed the incident and said his brother was "in fear for his life."
"The dude was following us around the whole entire Dream Con trying to embarrass us and bully us," he said during an X Spaces. "I told my brother to check him in terms of, like, check and see if he’s OK, check and see if he needs help, check and see if he’s all right because he kept following us. We thought he was, like, a little slow or whatever.”
