Justin's tour was axed in 2020 due to Covid-19 and again in 2022 after the star suffered Ramsay Hunt syndrome, leading to facial paralysis. In 2023, Justin canceled the tour for good, citing exhaustion and health concerns.

In a statement to Us Weekly regarding the new allegations, Justin's team strongly denied the accusations, stating, "This is just clickbait stupidity based on unnamed - and clearly ill-informed - 'sources,' disappointed that they no longer work with Justin."
Continuing their defense of the pop star, the statement further read, "As Justin forges his own way forward, these unnecessary stories and inaccurate assumptions will continue. But they won't deter him from staying committed to following the right path. Any source that is trying to sell you a story about alleged financial distress ... either doesn't understand the entertainment industry or, more likely, is trying to paint an unflattering portrait of Justin, which bears no resemblance to reality."
The Hollywood Reporter cited a source claiming that when Justin canceled his tour dates in February 2023, it triggered ongoing financial issues. They claimed he was in financial trouble and had accumulated "a large debt" of around $20 million to concert promoter AEG.
It was suggested that this was because he received a $40 million advance before starting his tour. The rumors have surfaced amid ongoing speculation about the singer's health and marriage, with fans voicing their worries about his wellbeing.
Justin has raised eyebrows among his fans after hinting at struggling with imposter syndrome. His dishevelled look in recent weeks has caused concern among fans, with some accusing him of "losing touch with reality" and "acting like a teenager."
Rumors have also been swirling around Justin and his wife Hailey's marriage, suggesting it's on the verge of breaking down. He fuelled these rumors when he appeared to have unfollowed Hailey on Instagram. However, it was later revealed to be a glitch.
