Kandi Burruss’ Ex Todd Tucker Accuses Her of Kicking Him Out of Mansion

Kandi Burruss’ estranged husband, Todd Tucker, is firing back at her claim he’s living rent-free in her guest home ... saying she's the one who kicked him out of the main house without notice.

Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s divorce battle remains heated, as evidenced by Kandi’s latest filings. In these, Kandi’s just picked at least two new bones with Todd. First, his living situation is ticking this Real Housewives of Atlanta alum off. Second, Kandi clearly doesn’t want any scrubs, yet Todd’s financial contributions to their two minor children, Ace and Blaze, are reportedly still lacking.

Kandi filed for divorce from Todd in 2025. They’d been married for 11 years, but somewhere along the way, their relationship became “irretrievably broken.” In her original filings, Kandi requested joint custody of their children. Yet, Todd later filed for primary custody, which Kandi’s now calling out, since, allegedly, Todd isn’t even paying for their children’s basic needs.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Todd is currently squatting in a guest house on Kandi’s property. But Todd hasn’t paid a “single expense for the maintenance and upkeep of the home, to include – utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, or even fees associated with the alarm system.” Additionally, his child support payments are also missing. So Kandi’s calling out Todd’s social media posts as lowkey fake.

As Kandi noted, she’s hired a nanny. And this nanny handles most of their children’s day-to-day dealings, despite Todd’s social media posts, claiming he’s an active father. Meanwhile, his wallet is also missing, Kandi claims. Todd hasn’t paid a dime for their kid’s birthday parties, tuition, fees, school supplies, or even child support.

So now, Kandi is going before their judge, hoping that Todd ponies up. Likewise, when her court date arrives, Kandi will also seek an order that fairly lays out their parenting times.
