Marc Anthony's relationship with the kids he shares with Jennifer Lopez appears to be less close than it once was after insiders revealed how "difficult" it has become for him to spend time with them.
Now comes word that the "Vivir Mi Vida" singer is struggling to come to terms with his child Oskar's trans identity.

Jennifer Lopez is making one thing crystal clear: her children come first.
The superstar proudly shared intimate moments from twins Max and Oskar’s high school graduations, embracing both of her children while publicly using Oskar’s chosen name for the first time. But behind the scenes, sources tell Naughty But Nice the transition hasn’t been as easy for everyone in the family.
“Jennifer has embraced Oskar with unconditional love,” a source tells Naughty But Nice. “Her focus has always been simple: she wants her child to be happy.”
Marc Anthony, however, is said to be taking a more complicated journey.

“Marc comes from a very traditional, macho Latino background,” an insider says. “He loves his child deeply, but fully understanding the transition has taken him longer. It’s been an adjustment.”
Anthony was notably absent from Oskar’s high school graduation in May, fueling speculation about where he stands. Sources close to the family caution against jumping to conclusions, however.
“His absence shouldn’t automatically be seen as rejection,” an insider tells Naughty But Nice. “This isn’t about a lack of love. It’s about a father trying to reconcile what he always imagined with the reality of who his child is becoming. Those are two very different things.”
Meanwhile, Jennifer has chosen to lead by example, celebrating Oskar publicly and privately while encouraging both twins to chase their dreams.
“Jennifer believes a parent’s job isn’t to decide who your child should be,” says a source. “It’s to love them exactly as they are.”
