MARY J BLIGE STATES SHE HAS NO INTEREST IN HAVING KIDS

At 51 years of age, no one can say that Mary J Blige hasn’t had many accomplishments in her career. She has influenced so many in music, is conquering the world of acting, and even has a few deals in the works with her production company.

Let’s also not forget how she slayed the Super Bowl Halftime last month.

Now the next question on people’s minds (mainly the media) is if she’s interested in conquering motherhood.

In a recent interview with Daily Pop’s Justin Sylvester, he asked the Queen of Hip Hop/Soul if she has any interest in becoming a mother.

“I have nieces and nephews forever and I’m always watching how people are scrambling for baby sitters. I don’t want to go through that. I like my freedom to go and move and do what I want to do,” she stated. “I don’t want to have to tend to someone all the time.”

“Right now that’s where I’m at,” she revealed. “But, I don’t think it’s [having kids] gonna happen.”

I know it’s hard for some people to comprehend, but not every person, career-oriented or otherwise needs or wants to bring children into this world, and that’s OK.

Besides, have you seen Mary’s body lately? Who in their right mind wants to mess that up with some kids?
