Last month, the Montville Township Police Department in New Jersey arrested Milania Giudice, charging her with simple assault. And now, this Real Housewives of New Jersey child star is cryptically speaking out about this incident. Meanwhile, the internet is already making jokes, wondering if she is potentially following in her parents' footsteps.

Milania's arrest took place on May 14 in her home state. According to the court documents, following her arrest, the police charged Milania with knowingly or purposely causing bodily injury. This incident is marked "domestic violence/confidential" in nature. While the identity of the alleged victim, alongside further details of this incident, remains unknown, According to a recent report, an insider has alleged details of what happened during this troubling incident.

“There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated,” a source told Reality Blurb. “There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her. It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people,” the insider alleged.

Meanwhile, neither Milania nor her mother, RHONJ star Teresa Giudice, has spoken publicly about the alleged assault. As you may recall, Teresa and her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, faced their own legal woes and both served time for fraud.

As RHONJ fans know, both of Milania's parents served time in prison for fraud-related charges. So naturally, once the news of her arrest arrived on the internet, many viewers started making comparisons, which seemingly failed to sit well with Milania. So yesterday, on her Instagram Stories, Milania posted several heartfelt messages in support of her mother, Teresa Giudice. She also posted a road sign that contained a rather cryptic message for her current haters.

Regarding the latter, Milana, with a little help from this sign, said, "None of us sit[s] enough to look down on anybody. Be humble." Fair enough, Milana.

Then, Milania posted a slide that read, "I hope my mom never carries the weight of thinking she wasn't enough. I could fill pages with the quiet, beautiful ways she shaped my life." Several beats earlier, Milania also posted another cheeky nod to her famous mom that said, "Me & my mama so close, sometimes I be forgetting I'm talking to my mama," followed by a laughing emoji.
