Rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs is on the move, according to multiple sources familiar with the situation.

The disgraced mogul was transferred out of FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey and is now being held at the Federal Correctional Institution in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, a low-security prison, Page Six can confirm.

“We can confirm that Sean Combs transferred to FCI Allenwood Low on Friday, October 16, 2026,” the Federal Bureau of Prisons told us.

“For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not discuss the conditions of confinement for any individual in our custody, including reasons for transfer.”

TMZ was the first to report the news.

As Page Six previously reported, Combs was sent to a hospital Saturday for a head injury he incurred during his stay at New Jersey prison.

Page Six exclusively reported Tuesday that the record exec, 56, had hit his head on a bunk bed, resulting in the wound.

TMZ later alleged Combs got into an altercation with kingpin “Dudus,” whose real name is Christopher Coke.

The fight reportedly broke out after Dudus and other inmates were angry that NBC News exposed the rapper for allegedly living a lavish life behind bars.

In the report, four anonymous men in the same unit as Combs alleged he had access to massages, top-shelf alcohol, a cellphone and more while locked up.

Combs’ family, however, shut down “completely false” reports that he got into a physical altercation.

Loren LoRosa told “Breakfast Club” listeners Thursday that she “spoke to a family member” of the embattled rapper’s family who insisted “there was not a fight at all” despite TMZ’s claim.

She further explained that Combs’ family is “not 100 percent certain what” caused his wound but insisted “it definitely wasn’t anything crazy.”

She also noted that Combs’ loved ones are “upset” at the privacy breach, saying, “No one should know he was taken to the hospital.”

The Grammy winner’s rep previously told Page Six that his team has “no way of independently verifying” the alleged fight between the inmates — and that their primary “concern is for Sean’s health and well-being.”

Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution last July and sentenced to 50 months behind bars.

He is slated to be released from prison on March 2, 2028.
