Whoopi Goldberg — who famously doesn't want somebody in her house — is perfectly content bar-hopping through single life, thank you very much!
The EGOT-winning Color Purple and Ghost actress announced Wednesday from her moderator post on The View that, despite freeing herself from the entanglements of matrimonial duty, she enjoys hooking up just as much as the next gal.
"This is just so stimulating," Goldberg said at the top of a Hot Topics discussion about a woman who recently wrote an article for Cosmopolitan, which Goldberg described as seeing the woman "admitting that she fantasizes about being single, even though she's in a very happy longterm relationship," amid "missing the days of casual flings and bar-hopping."

Panelist Joy Behar, 83, then asked 70-year-old Goldberg, "Do you miss those days?" to which Goldberg replied, "I am single."
Behar clarified, telling her colleague that she didn't assume Goldberg was into bar-hopping for dates.
"No, that's not so... Yeah, I bar hop, I go hang!" Goldberg said. "I do hit and runs when I need it!"
The View audience applauded Goldberg's use of the phrase "hit and run," which is the actress' on-air way of describing quick, casual sex.
"For me… I like a hit and run," Goldberg said on the air in December. "I like a hit and run, because I am not interested in a committed relationship."
Goldberg's love life became a topic of discussion on The View a year ago when she described dating a man who was 40 years older than her. Her granddaughter, Amara Skye, confirmed while competing on ABC's Claim to Fame series that Goldberg had dated a billionaire in his 90s.
"Is he still alive?" Behar asked at the time, to which Goldberg responded with a nod and a quick, "Mhmm" before the program cut to an ad break. If Goldberg's facts were correct, it would've made her former lover at least 108 years old when the actress made the admission on the show.
The View airs weekdays on ABC.
