Daddy Yankee is back with a brand new track called “Problema,” via El Cartel Records/Republic/Universal.
The catchy, thundering Reggaetón track also features an eye-popping music video directed by Marlon P. The clip finds Daddy Yankee performing the song on a variety of elaborate and colorful sets, surrounded by a marching band or an array of costumed dancers.
Problema marks Daddy Yankee’s first solo single of 2021. His last full-length album, King Daddy was released in 2013.
He has kept our aural appetites quenched since then, releasing a plethora of singles featuring some of reggaetón ‘s hottest superstars.
Here’s hoping he can break the singles cycle and give us a full-length album this year.
