WATCH: LITTLE MIX SLAY WITH PERFORMANCE OF SWEET MELODY AT 2020 MTV EMA’s

UK pop group Little Mix did the damn thing when they took to the stage and performed their latest single Sweet Melody this past Sunday at the 2020 MTV EMA’s. Not only that, but the quartet (minus Jesy, who is taking a break due to personal issues); also hosted the show.

The other three ladies – Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock delivered a choreo-heavy rendition of “Sweet Melody” while dancing within a futuristic pyramid, and between the strong vocals and tight choreo, I had goosebumps throughout.

I miss the days when harmonies and fierce choreography triumphed over bullshit celebrity headlines, like trotting around town with your beard for clout, and I seriously wish Little Mix were getting a strong promotional push in the US.

They were sassy. They were confident. The ladies owned the stage and that performance. Get well soon Jesy, so that we can see you up on stage carrying like the rest of the girls.
