After 14 seasons, six All Stars cycles (with a seventh dropping on Paramount+ next month), and over a dozen spinoffs, one can’t deny that RuPaul’s Drag Race has culminated a plethora of fans from all walks of life.
So when I heard that my future baby daddy and Drag Race superfan Oscar Isaac was spotted at Brooklyn gay bar Metropolitan on Friday for the Drag Race season 14 grand finale viewing party, I was beyond upset.
Fans spotted the Moon Knight star as he cheered on the final five queens who were competing for the crown and $150,000.
Isaac’s wife Elvira Lind posted her husband rooting for winner Willow Pill on her Instagram stories.
“While watching the Drag Race finale at a gay bar in Brooklyn, a bearded man pushed past me, stood next to me, and cheered on the show,” tweeted one bar patron.
“It was Oscar Isaac.”

While I mentioned in a previous post that Lady Camden is the first British queen to win a cash prize, Willow Pill is the first openly trans queen to win a non-All Stars season of Drag Race.
This is not the first time Oscar has fan-girled over his love of Drag Race. During the press junket for the Netflix film Triple Frontier with IGN, he and his fellow co-star Pedro Pascal forgot they were doing an interview and started talking about their love for Monet X Change.

All I know is that Mamaru better get Oscar as a judge on season 15 of Drag Race, which is about to start filming real soon.
