Fox Soul's Tea-G-I-F Officially Canceled After Five Seasons

24 hours after Claudia Jordan's exclusive interview with Carlos King dropped on his YouTube channel, Tea-G-I-F co-host Armon Wiggins took to social media to announce that after five years, the online chat show has in fact been canceled.

Claudia Jordan also took to social media to break the sad news as well.

Also, not even five minutes into Funky Dineva's show Al ended up calling into his show while he was live. Apparently he was in Italy when he received the news.

I liked the show when it was Claudia, Al Reynolds and Funky Dineva, and they definitely hit a sweet spot during the Covid pandemic.

However after the show was plagued with drama over the past six months (Dineva quitting due to pay disparities with the network), and the show forced to go on hiatus in June due to the roast Armon gave Al live on air (as well as reported jealousy between the co-hosts), it was only a matter of time before the groundbreaking gossip show featuring a cisgendered wooowman, a homosexshuh and an alleged bisexshuh would implode.

Claudia and Armon were in the comments on social media vowing in the not-too distant future to tell their side of what transpired behind the scenes on Tea-G-I-F and from the look of things, all the blame seems to be pointing in Al's direction.

In a few of the screenshots below, Claudia and Armon implied what we learned from the infamous roast last month that Al finally got his wish and had the show canceled from Fox Soul.

All I know is, I am curious as to what shows Claudia has in the works since she revealed to Carlos King that she has two new shows in development. Armon I guess will go back to talking about female rap beefs on his YouTube channel, and I could care less about what boring show Al You Doin' plans to do on his channel.

After the roast, and the back and forth jabs at each other on social media, there was no way the show could be salvaged. If the show would have came back with the same trio of pundits, we would have immediately smelled the forced chemistry a mile away.

We haven't seen a hit black series incorporate this much drama since Ts Madison and Khia with The Queens Court.

Are you soul mates sad to see Tea-G-I-F go?
