Funky Dineva Isn’t Backing Down: Responds To Tamar Braxton’s Legal Threats Over Claims She’s Involved w/ Married Mendeecees Harris, Says Her Self-Esteem Is In The Sewer

On Tuesday's episode of Funky Dineva Live, the media personality doubled down on the shocking revelations he made regarding Tamar Braxton messing around with a married Mendeecees Harris.

On Tuesday, December 2, Braxton took to her Instagram Story to share a document with her more than 6.1 million followers. Furthermore, the document read that it was her “official statement” from the desk of attorney James L. Walker Jr.

“This summer I poured my heart into ‘Heartbreak Retrograde,’ … That’s why it’s been especially painful to watch a hurtful and completely untrue rumor spread online this week — accusing me of having an inappropriate relationship with my male co-star. Let me be clear: this is a lie… These rumors don’t just touch me — they touch our families, our kids, our loved ones, the people who never asked to be dragged into this nonsense… I’m letting my lawyers take it from here,” she asserted in part in the document, and captioned the post, “Playtime is OVER…”

Braxton also shared the statement with a post on her feed. However, she ultimately removed it.

Three hours later, Funky Dineva took to his livestream, channeled via YouTube. About six and a half minutes into the stream, Funky shared Braxton’s statement with his stream. After he recapped her words, he doubled down, speaking directly to Braxton’s lawyer.

“Mr. Walker, you don’t even want to waste your time sending me nothing on your fax paper because the relationship was extremely inappropriate,” Funky said, before adding that he was going to “take it all the way back to the very beginning.”

From there, Funky went on to allege that the “only reason” Braxton released her music video featuring Mendeecees was because “people had spotted” them out together.

“Well, you tell me, Tamar, if it’s inappropriate or appropriate when we’re sitting at Ruth Chris, and he’s rubbing in between your thighs, in between your dress… He kept leaning in and whispering,” Funky said.

Ultimately, Funky alleged that he witnessed Braxton assist Mendeecees with drafting a statement about him and Yandy Smith not being together anymore. He added that he witnessed Braxton and Mendeecees being “lovey dovey” on at least three occasions, and noted that he has more tea to spill, and will if the situation escalates.

After his livestream, Funky even reposted an Instagram user who appeared to back up his claims about Braxton and Mendeecees being at the Four Seasons together.

As previously reported, things initially went left between Funky Dineva and Tamar Braxton in August. At the time, Braxton was making headlines for her apparent mouth injury, which she seemingly alleged could’ve been caused by sleepwalking, when Funky alleged she was pulling a “PR stunt.” At the time, footage of them hours before he injury had surfaced, and some believed Funky could have been the culprit of her injury. Ultimately, Funky also expressed his hurt at Braxton not defending him against the speculation.

Ultimately, Braxton alleged that she was unaware of the chatter directed Funky’s way. But seemingly quelled the internet by saying she just wanted “peace.” Then, Braxton recently sat down with Lore’l, explaining that on the night of her injury, she allegedly threw her former friend, Funky, a party, per The Shade Room. Funky took offense to her apparent shade and popped off, alleging that Braxton was “sneaking and dealing” with Mendeecees, and he would know the cause of her mouth injury.

Before posting her legal statement, Braxton redirected folks from Funky’s claims by re-posting her ‘Heartbreak Retrograde’ visual album via her Instagram Story. To date, neither Mendeecees nor Yandy Smith has addressed Funky Dineva’s claims.
