During his recent interview with her mother, Sharon Osbourne, British broadcaster Piers Morgan ran a since-deleted clip that Kelly posted to Instagram in which she blasted critics who have been commenting on her body. In the video, the former reality star admitted that she's been struggling with eating since her dad, Ozzy Osbourne, died July 22 at the age of 76 following a series of health issues.
"To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like, 'Are you ill?' or, 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right,' my dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family," she told her followers. "And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life — not the miserable side of my life."
She then shifted her tone, adding, "So to all those people: F--- off."

After Morgan ran the clip, Sharon defended her daughter. "She's right," she said. "She's lost her daddy. She can't eat right now."
Kelly, who has a 3-year-old son, Sid, has been candid about her battle with grief following her father's death. In the week after the former Black Sabbath frontman's funeral on July 30, she shared an Instagram Story that thanked fans for their support and updated them on her emotional state.
"The love, support, and beautiful messages I've received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life," she wrote at the time. "Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain."
"Grief is a strange thing," she added. "It sneaks up on you in waves."
"I will not be okay for a while," she admitted, but said the fact that her family is "not alone" in their pain "makes a difference."
"I'm holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind," Kelly said. "Thank you for being there. I love you all so much."

Since Ozzy's death, her family members, including her brother, Jack Osbourne, have been paying tribute to the late death-metal pioneer and calling out critics who they think have tried to tarnish his legacy.
"We've had quite a few nutters coming out of the woodwork," Kelly revealed during a November tribute episode of The Osbournes Podcast, "saying that they're speaking to dad from the grave."
She added later that those comments get to her. "That really bothers me," Kelly said. "I think it's severely inappropriate."
But through it all, the Osbournes have been grateful for Ozzy's supporters during their difficult time.
"I'm still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you've shown on social media," Sharon captioned a previous video. "Your comments, posts, and tributes have brought me more comfort than you know. None of it has gone unnoticed. In fact, it's carried me through many nights."
