Meet The Queens: Drag Race Philippines

Here's your first look at the 12 queens who will be competing to become Philippines first drag superstar.

Since the show's official announcement at DragCon in LA a few months back, we've learned that RuPaul's Drag Race season four and All Stars 6 alum Jiggly Caliente will serve as one of the judges.

That decision was met with some disdain from Drag Race fans, which resorted to Caliente clapping back at her critics who said that Manila Luzon should have been chosen for the gig instead (for the record, Luzon is set to host her own Filipino drag competition series called Drag Den).

It was later announced that TV star Paolo Ballesteros will host the show, and Caliente would be joined on the judge's panel by KaladKaren, making Drag Race Philippines the first series in the franchise's hertory to feature two trans judges.

Drag Race Philippines will premiere on WOW Presents Plus on August 17.
