Milania Giudice allegedly punched someone with the initials “LR” in the face before her arrest for simple assault.
The 20-year-old daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, during which the judge alleged that she “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.”
Milania looked solemn as she sat beside her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, who spoke on her behalf.

With her hair slicked back and a face full of makeup, Milania answered the judge’s basic questions as she was arraigned.
He ordered her back to court for a hearing in August and notified her that if she is found guilty, her sentence could include up to six months in jail, probation and fines of more than $500.
Milania was arrested for domestic violence at her mom and stepdad Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ Montville, New Jersey, home on May 14.

According to the Montville Police Department arrest report, Milania was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “domestic violence dispute.”
Teresa’s other daughter Gabriella Giudice — who was identified as the “reporting party” — called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her “sister [was] acting erratically,” per police.
The report also stated that no weapons were involved and no injuries were reported.
Milania was ultimately placed under arrest with “double-locked” handcuffs and charged with one count of simple assault.

Montville Municipal Court records show she entered a not guilty plea.
Though she has not publicly addressed what preceded her arrest, the University of Tampa student did break her silence on the matter in a June 29 TikTok.
She began the video by blasting an allegedly fake mug shot of her circulating online, which she insisted was “AI.”
“I ate down in my mug shot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that,” Milania boasted, mocking those who believed it was “real.”
She went on to say, “It is what it is. S–t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it.”
Milania explained she was “not in a good area in [her] life” at the time of the incident.
“That happens. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me,” she told her followers. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”

Teresa, 54, shares her four daughters — Audriana Giudice,16, Milania, Gabriella, 21, and Gia Giudice, 25 — with her first husband, Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020, divorcing after their respective prison stints for federal fraud.
Teresa went on to marry Ruelas, 52, in August 2022.
The digital marketing entrepreneur has two sons — Nicholas Ruelas, 25, and Louie Ruelas Jr., 22 — with his first wife, Marisa DiMartino.
