Jennifer Lopez has unleashed the visual for Can't Get Enough, the first single from her upcoming ninth album, This Is Me...Now. The video will is part of a greater “musical experience” film for the album coming to Prime Video on February 16.
Directed by Dave Meyers (Drake, Missy Elliott, Taylor Swift, P!nk), the video features JLo getting married outside in the rain, and I love that she's not afraid to poke fun at herself, because one scene features one of the guests winning a bet by saying, "I told you she can't be alone."
She then breaks into a dance number with the groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen before heading to the reception, where she hits the dance floor with none other than Derek Hough, who was a judge alongside JLo on the dance competition series World of Dance. Grown-ish star Trevor Jackson also makes an appearance as one of her many husbands.
The video ends on a cliffhanger, which I must say has me excited to find out what happens next, because based on the voiceovers as the camera zooms out from an extreme close-up of her face, this upcoming visual album will be her most personal body of work to date.
Say what you want about JLo, but it can't be denied that for someone in her mid fifties, she shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to releasing fun bops, or her film choices.
